Most of it is fixable in three steps.

Search what the machine is doing. If none of this lands, the assistant in the corner will take it from here, or book a bench slot.

Suction dropped

  1. 1Take the bin off and hold the wand up to a light. A blockage shows as a dark band.
  2. 2Wash the pre-filter under cold water only, then dry it for 24 hours. A damp filter halves the airflow.
  3. 3Check the floor head inlet for a sock or a cable tie.

Runtime shorter than it was

  1. 1Check which mode you are running. Boost is nine minutes by design on the F5.
  2. 2A pack holds about 80% of its capacity after 500 charges. Ours are user-replaceable.
  3. 3If it is under three years old and registered, the pack is covered.

Brush bar stopped

  1. 1Turn the head over and slide the end cap coin-slot to unlock.
  2. 2Lift the roller out and pull hair off the cone from the wide end towards the narrow end.
  3. 3Click it back until you hear it seat. The head will not spin if it is a half-turn out.

Warranty and registration

  1. 1Your product serial number is on the silver label under the bin, printed as FZ1-XXXX-XXXX-XX.
  2. 2Register inside 30 days of purchase and the second year becomes three.
  3. 3Marketplace orders count — pick Shopee or Lazada as the channel and paste the order ID.

R2 Orbit will not dock

  1. 1Wipe the two charging contacts on the robot and the base with a dry cloth.
  2. 2Clear 0.5 m either side of the base and 1.5 m in front of it.
  3. 3If it still misses, delete the map and run a fresh mapping pass — it takes about eight minutes.

How long does delivery take?
Klang Valley is next working day if you order before 3pm. Peninsular Malaysia is 2 to 3 days, Sabah and Sarawak 3 to 5.
Can I return it if I do not get on with it?
Thirty days, unused or used, as long as you have the box. We collect it at our cost and refund to the original payment method.
Are the batteries user-replaceable?
Yes, on every stick model. Click the pack out at the base — no tools. Spares are on each product page.
Do you service machines bought on Shopee or Lazada?
Yes. Register the serial with that order ID and it carries the same cover as buying direct.
How often should I wash the filter?
Once a month, cold water only, and let it dry a full 24 hours. A damp filter is the single biggest cause of lost suction.
